ARM Institute's Regional Robotics Innovation Workshop
Join the Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM) Institute and Wichita State University to learn how ARM’s national consortium will drive innovation in industrial robotics and workforce development.
The Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing (ARM) Institute was recently created through a major federal investment to catalyze industrial robotics innovation and prepare the American workforce to work collaboratively with robotic technologies. Through industry-led roadmapping, ARM has identified critical areas of need in robotics and workforce development that ARM will address through funded project calls to facilitate a robust national manufacturing ecosystem. This workshop will begin to establish an ARM regional community across the region focusing on identifying regional and national needs in robotics, manufacturing, and workforce development, while allowing ample time for project teaming and networking.
Attendees can expect to engage with industry leaders in the Kansas region and learn more about working with ARM to drive innovation in industrial robotics. This event is free to attend and open to ARM members and non-members.
ARM is a national, membership-based consortium dedicated to asserting U.S. leadership in manufacturing by innovating robotic technologies and empowering American workers through education and workforce development. By lowering economic, technical, and operational barriers, ARM ensures that enterprises of all sizes can adopt robotic solutions, while preparing the American workforce to work collaboratively with robots.
